Collections Specialist - Earn Up to $67,000 a Year with Monthly Bonus!

WHAT YOU CAN EARN

• $18.50/hour base pay
• Monthly bonus opportunity of up to $2,400
• Top performers earn $1,500+ in monthly bonuses
• Spiffs, contests, and other incentives throughout the year

WEEKEND DIFFERENTIAL

• $19.50/hour for Saturday shifts when scheduled

SCHEDULE

• Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed
• Choose a 30- or 60-minute lunch

LOCATION

North Phoenix — conveniently located near 7th Street and the Loop 101.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work with customers who have past-due accounts using an automated dialer
• Talk with customers to understand their situation and find solutions
• Negotiate payment arrangements and help customers get back on track
• Explain available payment options and programs
• Accurately document customer conversations and account activity
• Work toward individual performance goals while contributing to a supportive team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years in collections, sales, or another performance-driven role is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable having challenging conversations while remaining professional and confident
• Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and applications
• Reliable attendance and a positive, goal-oriented attitude
• Motivated by personal and team success
