CNC Router Programmer and Operator

Primary Job Duties

• Create CNC part nests for aluminum parts in Autodesk Fusion 360 and program CAM operations.
• Setup new plates on machines, operate our 2 CNC routers simultaneously, remove and sort parts after run is complete.
• Modify existing CAD models for custom orders.

Secondary Duties

• Routine machine maintenance and work area cleaning.
• Small part fabrication and secondary operations
• CNC Press brake operations
• Part and material inventory and record keeping for customer invoices.

Skills & Experience Required

• CNC and CAM programming experience.
• Aluminum machining and router operations.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Basic fabrication skills.
