Compensation

• Pay range: $19–$28 per hour (based on experience)
• Evening shift differential: +$1 per hour
• NOC shift differential: +$2 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents withactivities of daily living (ADLs)
• Providecompassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining dignity and respect
• Support resident mobility
• Monitor and reportchanges in condition to the nursing team
• Accurately take and recordvital signs
• Maintain aclean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Collaborate withnurses, therapists, and team members

Qualifications

• ActiveCNA certification (State of Washington)
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute carepreferred but not required
• Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
• Ability towork effectively in a team environment
