Role Summary:

To design, deliver, and manage training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees and distribution partners, ensuring compliance with IRDAI regulations and alignment with business objectives.

Key Result Areas

Training Strategy & Planning	Develop and implement training plans for sales teams, branch staff, and distribution partners. Align training programs with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and product strategy. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using performance data and business inputs
Content Development	Create engaging training content for life insurance products, sales processes, compliance, and soft skills.
Delivery & Facilitation	Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for employees and intermediaries. Ensure effective onboarding programs for new hires and agents. Use blended learning approaches for maximum impact.
Compliance & Certification	Ensure all training programs meet IRDAI guidelines for agent licensing and certification. Maintain accurate training records and audit readiness.
Performance Measurement	Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and business KPIs. Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for senior management.
Stakeholder Management	Liaise with business heads, HR, and distribution teams
