Cluster Lead (9 to 12years)
Role Objective: Lead development and validation of digital instrument cluster systems ensuring functional accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Own cluster system design, HMI integration, and feature development
Ensure compliance with functional safety and regulatory requirements
Lead integration of vehicle signals, driver information, and alerts
Drive cluster UI/UX behavior and display performance
Coordinate with IVI, ADAS, and vehicle domains for data synchronization
Support validation teams for HMI, functional, and vehicle testing
Manage defects, release readiness, and production support

Key Skills:

Embedded systems (QNX / RTOS / AUTOSAR)
Graphics frameworks (OpenGL, HMI stacks)
Functional safety (ISO 26262 awareness)
CAN/LIN communication
