Who We Are

Switchyards is the world’s first neighborhood work club. We're creating places to do our best thinking and most productive work. Near home. Around friends and neighbors. Always open — 24/7.

Founded in Atlanta and venture-funded, we’ve created a new consumer category for the future of work. With big plans to open work clubs across the country, we are becoming one of the iconic brands of our generation.

Overview

The Switchyards Clubkeep is the secret weapon for our model of "invisible hospitality." Clubkeeps are smart, world-class hosts that wear a smile, obsess over details, and give a damn about ensuring our clubs are always clean, full of vibes, and overflowing with coffee.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining our standards ofcare, communication, cleanliness, andconsistency while delivering a high level of service.
• Following a detailed checklist to complete shifts with a high level ofattention to detail.
• Reporting about the state of the club to our operations team withclear and concise communicationduring and at the conclusion of each check-in.
• General cleaning, tidying, and upkeep of all aspects of the club along with basic maintenance of coffee equipment.
• Monitoring member activity during your shift, addressing members as needed, and providing clear reporting of rule violations to our operations team.

The Nitty Gritty
