Club Supervisor

SUMMARY

The Premium Club Supervisor oversees the operational readiness of our premium spaces for food and beverage locations and staff. Their primary focus is to ensure all alcohol sales and food safety policies are followed.

DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee alcohol sales and ensure compliance with establishedprotocols
2. Verify and monitor product inventories to ensure they are maintained at the appropriatelevels
3. Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices arefollowed
4. Train staff on basic foodservice operations and cash handlingprocedures
5. Nights and weekends may berequired
6. Special projects and assignments as businessdictates

SUPERVISORYRESPONSIBILITIES

• • This position will oversee premium club staff on eventday

SKILLS ANDQUALIFICATIONS

• • Foodservice management experience is not necessary, butpreferred
  • Always maintain a positive and professionaldemeanor
  • Organized and attentive todetail
  • Strong verbal communicationskills
  • Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment
  • Must obtain a passing score on the Team certificationcourse
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, andholidays
