Salesforce Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experiencedSalesforce Project Manager for a full-time, hybrid role atCloud SynApps Inc. The Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely execution, effective communication, and seamless coordination among teams and stakeholders. This role is pivotal in driving large Salesforce implementations, particularly within the Public Sector, while maintaining a focus on quality and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client expectations.

• Oversee project timelines, logistics, and inspections to ensure successful execution.

• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to manage project scope, risks, and outcomes.

• Facilitate Agile project management processes, ensuring efficient sprint cycles and continuous delivery.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure smooth project progression.

• Monitor project progress and resolve any obstacles or issues that arise to ensure project milestones are met.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, architecture, and solution design standards.

• Provide regular updates and status reports to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience inSalesforce Project Management, especially for large-scale implementations.

• Experience withSalesforce Public Sector Solutions (preferred).

• Strong understanding ofSalesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).

• Expertise inAgile methodologies for Salesforce implementations.

• Excellentorganizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, features, and best practices.

• Proven track record ofmanaging stakeholders at various organizational levels, including executives.

• Experience leading and coordinatingcross-functional teams, ensuring collaborative success.

Location: Pune & Indore (Hybrid work setup)
