Job Summary:
My client is seeking an experienced technology professional to support and managecloud environments and supply chain technology operations, with a strong focus on warehouse management systems (WMS), third-party logistics (3PL) operations, and global partner coordination.
The ideal candidate will haveprevious Retail experience, strong knowledge of supply chain and WMS environments, and a deep understanding of 3PL operations and vendor management. Experience supportingcomplex integrations between host systems and 3PL platforms is highly preferred. The role requires excellent communication skills and flexibility to work across global time zones, including Japan, Europe, and Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and supportcloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, reliability, and performance.
- Support development and technology teams withinfrastructure needs, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.
- Partner with supply chain teams and global 3PL providers to supportWMS and logistics technology operations.
- Coordinate with 3PL vendors and technology partners to manage operational issues, dependencies, and technical requirements.
- Support and troubleshootcomplex integrations between host systems and 3PL/WMS platforms.
- Monitor infrastructure and integration performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with global partners acrossJapan, Europe, Asia, and other regions, adapting to different time zones and business schedules.
- Communicate technical issues, requirements, risks, and resolutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong experience withsupply chain technology and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong understanding of3PL operations, vendor coordination, and logistics technology environments.
- Experience withhost system-to-3PL integrations and complex system integration environments.
- Cloud infrastructure experience, includingenvironment management, availability, security, performance, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working withglobal 3PL partners and cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting large-scaleretail supply chain environments.
- Experience working with multiple global 3PL providers and geographically distributed teams.
- Knowledge of cloud-based supply chain platforms and enterprise integration architectures.
- Experience working acrossJapan, Europe, and Asia-Pacific time zones.
- Previous experience with Retail and familiarity with its technology and supply chain environment.
- Strong combination ofcloud infrastructure and supply chain/WMS expertise.
- Proven experience managing technical relationships with external logistics and technology vendors.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting global stakeholders.
- EST-based candidates preferred, with flexibility to support global time zones.
