Role: Cloud Network DevOps Automation

Location: LATAM

Role Overview
We are seeking aCloud Engineer with strong expertise infirewalls and hands-on experience inautomation/DevOps practices. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and automating secure cloud networking and firewall solutions across multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). The ideal candidate combines deep firewall knowledge with the ability to build automation workflows that improve scalability, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and managefirewall solutions (Palo Alto, Fortinet, or cloud-native firewalls) in cloud and hybrid environments.
Develop and maintainautomation scripts and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such asTerraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Integrate firewall and network security workflows intoCI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Troubleshoot and resolve firewall, network, and connectivity issues in multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Collaborate with cloud, security, and DevOps teams to design and deliver secure and automated infrastructure.
Document automation processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for operational reuse.
Stay current withcloud networking, security, and automation best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in cloud engineering roles (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Strong hands-on expertise withfirewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, or cloud-native equivalents).
Proven experience withautomation and DevOps practices (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, scripting).
Good understanding ofcloud networking concepts (VPC/VNet, routing, VPN, hybrid connectivity).
Proficiency inPython, PowerShell, or Bash scripting.
Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.

Preferred Skills
Certifications inAzure/AWS/GCP and/orfirewall technologies (Palo Alto, Fortinet).
Familiarity withF5 load balancers and API-based automation.
Exposure toZero Trust, SDN, or microsegmentation.
Experience integrating cloud security tools withmonitoring/SIEM platforms.
