We are seeking a Cloud Container Operations Support Engineer to manage, support, and optimize containerized applications running in cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools, along with strong troubleshooting and operational support capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support containerized workloads on Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health using ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, and other monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot container, cluster, network, and deployment-related issues.
- Support cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Perform deployment, patching, maintenance, and upgrades of Kubernetes clusters.
- Work with development and DevOps teams to ensure smooth application releases.
- Automate operational tasks using Python, Shell Scripting, or Ansible.
- Handle incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Ensure platform availability, performance, and security compliance.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
