Job Description:

We are seeking an experiencedCLM Consultant with a strong background in designing, configuring, and implementing Contract Lifecycle Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in CLM Tools like Conga, Agiloft, Ironclad, Icertis, ContractPodAi. and a deep understanding of CLM processes, workflows, automations, and integrations.

Required Expertise:

• Extensive experience inContract Lifecycle Management (CLM) with a minimum of4+ years of relevant expertise.
• Hands-on proficiency inCLM platformlike Conga, Agiloft, Ironclad, Icertis, ContractPodAi, including configuration, customization, and solution implementation.
• Proven ability to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions forcomplex CLM projects.
• Strongexperience in: Contract processes and administrative activities, Access management and permission models, Workflow design, Approvals, automation, rules, and actions, Document template design and template configuration, Clause library setup and management, Obligation and risk management setups
• Experience ofintegrating CLM with: CRM platforms, E-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign), ERP and other enterprise applications
• Good to have knowledge of Java and Oracle.
