Title:Clinical Supervisor (Advanced or Master CASAC required)
Location:Astoria, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time - Mon-Fri 08:30am-04:30pm
Compensation:
Pay Range: $65,000-$70,000 Per Year
Description:
• The Clinical Supervisor role requires leading a clinical team in a residential substance use treatment setting.
• This full-time position is based in Astoria, NY, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 04:30 pm, and includes some weekend rotation and on-call nights.
• The role demands strong leadership to enhance client outcomes and compliance with healthcare standards.
Qualification Requirements:
• Active Advanced or Master CASAC certification in New York State required.
• Advanced or Master Level CASAC required.
• Experience in residential treatment preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a substance use treatment setting preferred.
Experience required:
• Experience in a clinical supervisory role or as an assistant director in a residential setting.
• Knowledge of OASAS regulations and clinical documentation standards.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including justice-involved individuals, preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
