| Story Behind the Need | ||
|
Backfill- This position is responsible for providing Resource Mother services in the metro Atlanta region. According to the state contract all P4HB enrollees require a minimum of two unannounced home visits during the first 90 days of enrollment and additional face-to-face visits once an active case has been created. This position covers a high volume area for the P4HB program. Failing to secure an FTE for the area would place considerable strain on other team members to include increased caseload for P4HB and postpartum outreach. Lack of the ability to fill this position will result in non-compliance of our contractual agreements as well as jeopardize the quality of care that can be provided to our members by a short staffed team. Open and collaborative team and space. |
