Title: Clinical MDM Business Analyst
Location: Delaware
Long Term Contract

Role Summary:
The BA will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, data stewards, Profisee consultants, and technical teams, ensuring that the Clinical MDM solution accurately matches, merges, de-duplicates, and masters data from multiple CRO and CTMS sources while establishing trusted "golden records" and governance processes.
Business Analyst (BA) – Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Profisee, and Incyte integration teams to define and document business and data requirements for the Clinical Data MDM initiative.
- Analyze data flows from multiple CRO systems, CTMS, and reference data sources to identify data harmonization and master data management needs.
- Work closely with the Profisee team to define and validate match, merge, de-duplication, and golden record/key generation logic.
- Gather, document, and manage business rules for data reconciliation across disparate systems and unique identifiers.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to align requirements and solution design.
- Create process flows, data mapping documents, functional specifications, and user stories to support MDM implementation.
- Support the transition from existing reference data management processes (Bell Canyon and Informatica-based identity resolution) to the new Profisee-based MDM platform.
- Coordinate with ETL developers and integration workstreams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
- Validate data quality, matching outcomes, and business acceptance criteria throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support testing, issue resolution, stakeholder communications, and deployment activities for the Clinical Data MDM rollout
