Genesys IVR Platform Support EngineerIVR Routing Management Design| configure| and maintain call flows| scripts| and Role Descriptions: Analyze and interpret complex legacy SAS programs| including advanced macros| data step logic| and multi-step processing.Refactor and optimize code for compatibility with Altair SLC (SAS-compliant environment).Identify unsupported syntax/procedures and apply appropriate alternatives.Improve performance by removing redundancies| optimizing joins| and streamlining transformation logic.Conduct side-by-side validation to ensure functional equivalence between legacy and migrated outputs.Debug issues| analyze logs| and resolve compatibility or runtime errors.Document changes| findings| and recommendations for long-term maintainability.Collaborate with QA and customer teams for regression testing and readiness.
