Job Title: Clinical Application Specialist, IGT-S (Image Guided Therapy, Fixed Systems)

Location:This position will be based in either Busan or Daegu, depending on the candidate’s location. The work location may vary depending on business needs.

Role Summary:

As a Clinical Application Specialist IGT-S South Korea, you will provide clinical expertise through pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, application training and handing over of company products. You will assist the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product clinical specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.

필립스코리아에서 IGT-S (Image Guided Therapy, Fixed Systems) 제품의 Clinical Application을 담당할 인재를 모집합니다. 본 포지션은 Philips IGT 제품/솔루션/서비스의 임상 응용에 대한 지식 전문가로서, 다양한 의료 환경에 맞춰 애플리케이션의 효과적인 적용과 통합을 지원합니다. 고객에게는 제품 프레젠테이션 및 데모 시연을 제공하고, 영업 팀에는 임상 관련 교육을 실시하여 고객 만족도 향상과 비즈니스 성장에 기여합니다. 또한, 복잡한 임상 워크플로우와 운영 절차를 분석해 비효율을 개선하고 제품 성능을 극대화합니다. 관련 규제 및 내부 기준을 철저히 준수하여 환자 안전을 보장하며, Philips 제품과 서비스의 성공적인 도입과 활용을 주도하는 핵심 역할을 수행합니다.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Support Account Managers by providing clinical decision support, including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and advising the sales force during customer acquisition; develop and execute winning clinical sales strategies to expand market share.
• Actively participate with the sales team in clinical evaluations, product demonstrations and presentations; educate the sales team on emerging clinical issues and position solutions to address market changes.
• Support new product launches. Stay up to date with new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipment.
• Conduct customer trainings and handover of newly installed IGT-S products or training for new end-users; set up application training schedules in close cooperation with customers.
• Train customers in applying best possible clinical procedures and protocols to ensure optimal usage of delivered cathlabs, patient monitors and C-arm equipment; deliver customized (competency-based) training materials when required and support user group meetings.
• Conduct regular customer visits to obtain direct feedback on training quality and customer satisfaction; report difficulties in optimal equipment usage and customer feedback to the IGT-S business unit in accordance with applicable quality standards, and follow up assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner.
• Manage company safety standards, including radiation protection and health & safety regulations; take immediate control of hazards or accidents and involve the regional safety advisor when necessary; ensure all clinical applications training complies with the company’s quality policy.
• As a Clinical Application Specialist IGT-S South Korea, be part of the APAC IGT-S Clinical Applications Specialist team and provide support to other countries outside of Korea when required.

• Account Managers를 지원하여 제품 및 솔루션에 대한 임상적 의사결정 지원을 제공하고, 세일즈 프레젠테이션 및 제품 데모를 수행하며, 고객 확보 과정에서 세일즈 조직에 자문을 제공합니다. 또한 시장 점유율 확대를 위해 효과적인 임상 세일즈 전략을 수립하고 실행합니다.
• 세일즈 팀과 협업하여 임상 평가, 제품 데모 및 프레젠테이션에 적극 참여하며, 세일즈 팀이 최신 임상 이슈를 이해할 수 있도록 교육하고 시장 변화에 대응할 수 있는 솔루션 포지셔닝을 지원합니다.
• 신제품 런칭을 지원합니다. 또한 Angiography 제품 관련 임상 적용 및 운영 분야의 최신 동향을 지속적으로 모니터합니다.
• 신규 설치된 IGT-S 제품 및 신규 사용자에 대한 고객 교육 및 인수인계를 수행하고, 고객과 긴밀히 협력하여 어플리케이션 트레이닝 일정을 수립합니다.
• 고객이 제공된 Interventional imaging systems(Cathlabs, Patient monitors 및 C-arm 장비)를 최적으로 활용할 수 있도록 임상 절차와 프로토콜 적용 방법을 교육하며, 필요 시 커스터마이즈 된(competency-based) 교육 자료를 제공하고 사용자 그룹 미팅을 지원합니다.
• 정기적인 고객 방문을 통해 교육 품질 및 고객 만족도에 대한 직접적인 피드백을 수집하며, 장비의 최적 사용과 관련된 이슈 및 고객 피드백을 관련 품질 기준에 따라 IGT-S 사업부에 보고하고, 지정된 품질 및 규제(Quality & Regulatory) 교육을 적시에 이수합니다.
• 방사선 안전, 산업안전보건 규정을 포함한 회사의 안전 기준을 관리하며, 위험 상황 또는 사고 발생 시 즉각적으로 상황을 통제하고 Safety Advisor를 참여시킵니다. 또한 모든 임상 어플리케이션 교육이 회사의 품질 정책을 준수하도록 보장합니다.
• Clinical Application Specialist IGT-S South Korea로서 APAC IGT-S Clinical Applications Specialist 팀의 일원으로 활동하며, 필요 시 타 국가의 IGT-S Clinical Application Specialist가 부재한 경우 한국 외 국가에 대한 지원을 수행합니다.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
• Experience at Clinical applications or as a radiographer in a hospital setting preferred.
• Experienced in Interventional procedure in hospital setting, Clinical Sales, Sales Support preferred.
• Experience in Angiography, Image guided therapy product domain preferred.
• Cathlab, C-arm and radiation safety in-depth knowledge, proficiency in one of the clinical segments such as Interventional Cardiology, Radiology, vascular, Neurology preferred.
• Presentation, Demo skills, communication and follow up skills.
• Ability to utilize problem-solving, critical thinking and priority-setting skills.
• No obstacle to travel extensively within South Korea and within APAC when necessary.

• 관련 전공 학사 학위 소지자 우대
• Clinical Applications 또는 방사선사(Radiographer) 경력 보유자 우대
• 병원 내 임상 환경 또는 Clinical Sales, Sales Support 분야에서 Interventional procedure 관련 경험이 있는 분 우대
• Angiography 및 Image Guided Therapy 제품 분야 경험 보유자 우대
• Cathlab, C-arm 및 방사선 안전 지식, Interventional Cardiology, Radiology, Vascular, Neurology 등 임상 세그먼트에 대한 경험 보유자 우대
• 프레젠테이션 및 데모 역량, 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 팔로업 역량 보유
• 문제 해결 능력, 비판적 사고 능력 및 우선순위 설정 능력 보유
• 업무상 한국 내 혹은 APAC 지역으로의 출장에 문제 없는 분
