Role: Clinical Administrator (Sleep Services)
Location: Camberwell, VIC (Head Office), Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time | 6-Month Contract
The Role
As a Clinical Administrator within our Sleep Services team, you'll support the end-to-end administration ofsleepstudies,fromreferralthroughtoclinicalreview.Workingcloselywithclinicians,healthcareprovidersandcustomers,you'llmanagereferrals,processpatientinformation,supportMedicareclaimingactivitiesandhelpensurestudiesarepreparedaccuratelyandontime.
Thisisafast-paced,hands-onroleforsomeonewhoishighlyorganised,enjoysworkingacrossmultiplesystemsandtakesprideindeliveringagreatcustomerexperience.

Who we're looking for
Years of experience matter less than how you operate. You're someone who:
- Has previous experience in administration, healthcare administration or medical administration
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in data accuracy
- Communicates confidently and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
- Is comfortable working across multiple systems and technology platforms
- Brings a customer-focused mindset and enjoys solving problems
- Ideally has exposure to healthcare, allied health, sleep diagnostics or Medicare claiming processes
