Client Support

POSITION SUMMARY 

TheClient SupportSpecialist at All Together Recovery LLC (ATR) is responsible for providing practical and emotional
support for
the client,
supportingeachdepartment’s efforts inthe treatment of clients,
ensuring the safety ofeveryone in the building, and supportingthe mission by assisting in the provision of a treatment environment conduciveto recovery. 

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) 

TheClient Support Specialist’sperformance will be evaluated based on the following measurable outcomes: 

1. ClientSupport- 

• Maintain a consistent presence with the clients; modeling recovery behavior, listening to their concerns,observing their behaviors,and holding them accountable when necessary. 

• Provide supportive services in structured group activities, 1:1’s as requested, de-escalation, crisis intervention, and client retention. 

• Occasionally provide transportation for clients to/from appointments, outside events, etc. 

1. Staff Support - 

• Respond promptly to all requests onteams feedsand/or radios. 

• Assist and support other departments in their efforts to provide services to clients. 

• Respectfullycollaborate with otherdepartments to ensure a quality work/treatment environment, being sure to practice within one’s scope. 

1. Facility Support –  

• Ensure
  thatthe facility is clean and orderly, reporting any maintenance needs toClient Support Manager and/or Executive Director.  

• Ensure the safety of the people in buildingby following company policiesregarding intake procedures, contraband searches, andemergency procedures. 

1. Documentation 

• Promptly and accurately createappropriate documentation: shift reports, gas logs,group notes, incident reports, etc. 

• Promptly and accurately reportnew admissions, potentialwalk-offs, and any circumstances requiring clinical or medical intervention
  to the proper channels.
