Client Success Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for aClient Success Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. This role ensures client satisfaction, engagement, and retention by proactively providing support, educational resources, and strategic check-ins. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their results with our services while keeping them informed and engaged through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Support: Conduct regular check-ins via email, phone, and office hours to provide guidance and answer questions.

• Educational Content & Updates: Send out newsletters, blog articles, and other relevant content to keep clients informed and help them succeed.

• Monitor Client Satisfaction: Identify potential issues or concerns early, proactively address them, and escalate when necessary.

• Office Hours & Strategy Sessions: Host open office hours where clients can get direct support and insights to improve their results.

• Retention & Upsells: Identify opportunities to enhance client experience, encourage renewals, and introduce additional services when appropriate.

• Support the CEO: Provide assistance in managing client relationships and ensuring ongoing communication aligns with the company’s vision.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in client success, customer support, or account management.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide value-driven support.

• Experience with CRM tools, email marketing software, and online communication platforms.

• Proactive problem solver with a strong ability to anticipate client needs and provide solutions.

• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple clients and initiatives effectively.
