Job Description:
- A Senior eDiscovery Project Manager should possess a combination of advanced technical expertise, project leadership, client management, and strategic consulting capabilities.
- The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in Relativity and RelativityOne who can oversee complex litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, and data governance projects while leveraging emerging AI-driven technologies to improve efficiency, quality, and defensibility.
- 8+ years of progressive eDiscovery experience, including management of large-scale litigation, investigations, regulatory responses, and compliance matters.
- Deep understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) lifecycle, including:
- Collection
- Processing
- Review
- Analytics
- Production
- Post-production support
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices, defensibility standards, and quality control methodologies.
- Experience managing matters ranging from a few gigabytes to multi-terabyte enterprise-scale investigations.
- Advanced knowledge of Relativity Server and RelativityOne.
- Expert-level proficiency in:
- Workspace administration
- Security and permissions management

The candidate should demonstrate practical experience implementing and advising on AI-powered review workflows, including:
- Generative AI tools for legal review and investigations
- AI-assisted document summarization
- Privilege identification and risk detection
- AI-based review acceleration workflows
- Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:
- Relativity aiR
- Epiq AI solutions
- Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex matters and enterprise clients.
- Experience leading project teams consisting of:
- Project Managers
- Analysts
- Review Managers
- Technical Specialists
- Client stakeholders
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and resource allocation skills.
- Ability to develop and manage:

- The ideal Senior eDiscovery Project Manager combines deep RelativityOne platform expertise, strong project leadership, and emerging AI knowledge.
- They should be capable of advising clients on how to leverage analytics, TAR, and generative AI technologies while maintaining defensible workflows, controlling costs, and reducing review timelines.
- They act as both a technical leader and strategic consultant, helping clients navigate increasingly complex data and legal technology environments.
- 8+ years of Sr. PM experience managingcomplex eDiscovery matters across the full EDRM lifecycle, including collection, processing, review, analytics, and production.
- Strong knowledge of the eDiscovery lifecycle, including collection, processing, review, analytics, and production.
- Significant hands-on experience withRelativityand/or RelativityOne, including review workflows, productions, searches, analytics, and related platform functionality.
- Experience managing litigation, investigations, regulatory, or compliance matters.
- Proven project management experience, including managing client-facing projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- The ability to coordinate effectively across legal teams, clients, and technical resources.
- Strong client-facing consulting skills, advising legal teams on defensible workflows, analytics, review optimization, and AI adoption.
- Experience implementing AI-driven eDiscovery workflows, including Relativity aiR, Active Learning/TAR, and generative AI review technologies.
- Tech Skills (Strong computer skills, ability to use tech heavy applications in the course of doing the job and comfortable using Microsoft Office)
