About the Role

We are seeking a a highly motivated, experienced, and registeredClient Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing firm. In this role, you will be a vital contributor to maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service. What You Will Do

Your primary responsibility will be to assist senior-level representatives and advisers in delivering exceptional service to clients. Working closely with our Compliance and Operations Department, you will provide:

Client Support and Engagement

• Engage directly with clients, providing support both over the phone and in person.

• Process new account applications and account service requests accurately and efficiently.

• Troubleshoot, research, and resolve client inquiries regarding their accounts.

• Proactively engage with clients through initiatives such as birthday and thank you notes and sharing relevant articles.

Adviser and Operational Support

• Schedule adviser meetings and appointments.

• Create client financial planning documents to support representatives and advisers.

• Maintain and update client relationship management (CRM) software (Redtail).

• Prepare comprehensive meeting documents using industry-standard tools such as Albridge, FI360, and NaviPlan.

• Collaborate with external vendors, including our primary custodian, Pershing, to facilitate client accounts and transactions.

Team Support

• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance client service and improve processes.

• Organize logistics for team events, ensuring successful coordination.

• Perform administrative duties, including answering phones, taking messages, and greeting clients.

• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

What We’re Seeking

Required Education, Certifications, and Experience

• Minimum three years of experience in a CSR role or equivalent

• Preferred: registration of Series 7 and 63 licenses

• Proficiency in Office 365 Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

• Self-starter with the ability to independently manage projects and follow through to completion

• Extraordinary attention to detail with a commitment to getting things right the first time

• Commitment to strict confidentiality

• Demonstrated a sense of responsibility and ownership of assignments

• Professional attitude and appearance

What Else You Need to Know

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Location: Old Town Alexandria, VA convenient to the King Street Metro

We offer a competitive salary, $75k - $100k, which is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
