Pay Range: $27 - $29/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination of client transitions, including onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Support account maintenance activities such as amendments to account names and fee schedules.
  • Ensure ongoing client contractual obligations are met through collaboration with team members.
  • Handle ad-hoc client inquiries and requests efficiently.
  • Facilitate client cash flow requests to ensure proper handling.
  • Manage client communications to provide timely updates.
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and assist in developing strategies to exceed expectations.
  • Update and maintain client and authorized third-party contact information via CRM applications.
  • Support client meeting preparations by creating necessary materials.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues affecting the client experience.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional service.
  • Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reports and presentations.
  • Support the completion of due diligence and client questionnaires.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • No experience required.
  • University degree preferred.
