Join our team as aClient Service Associate and be the friendly face for all those who visit our offices, ensuring exceptional client experiences and providing essential support. In this role, you will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, preparing tax returns, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. Join our team and make a positive impact on our clients' journey with us! As part of our tax team you will learn how to answer questions about taxes, how to prepare taxes and how to walk clients through various stages of the tax interview process.
