About YouClient Relations Specialists at Animal Medical Center are essential members of our veterinary healthcare team.
You will manage multiple phone lines, support clients during stressful moments, guide them through care processes, and help ensure every experience is compassionate, professional, and efficient.

Anticipated Schedule for Future OpeningsClient Relations team members work shifts during the following hours:Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Future opportunities may include:
- Weekday closing shifts, typically 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Rotating weekend shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
- Some holiday shifts
Applicants must be available to work closing shifts and rotating weekends.
