Job Description:
Client Communication & Stakeholder Management
Project Coordination & Task Tracking
Issue Resolution & Escalation Management
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Status Reporting
Communicate directly or in partnership with RMs.
Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and outstanding tasks/issues.
Coordinate with project management and business teams to track progress, troubleshoot, and escalate as needed.
Track issues, resolutions, and communication logs.
