This is a key role supporting the smooth delivery of client operations, with the opportunity to work closely with the manager across day-to-day operations, client matters, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, organised individual who is keen to develop their career, with scope to take on additional responsibilities and further enhance their skills and experience.
Â
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and a smooth end-to-end client experience
- Coordinate and oversee operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered effectively
- Take ownership of client queries, issues, and operational challenges, resolving them proactively and escalating where appropriate
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes, systems, and initiatives as the business grows
- Identify areas for improvement and proactively suggest solutions rather than simply responding to issues
- Build strong relationships across the business and become a trusted source of knowledge on client operations

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing environment is desirable, but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential; fluency in an additional European language would be a strong advantage
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous but not essential
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A genuine client-focused mindset, with the ability to build positive relationships and deliver a high standard of service
Â
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise positively and professionally with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively, managing multiple tasks and competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work
- Methodical and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Calm and adaptable under pressure, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing business needs and priorities
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
- Positive, solutions-focused approach, with a can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership and see tasks through to completion
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and switch between tasks as required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with confidence using Outlook, Word, Excel, and other relevant Microsoft applications
