Hiring: Client Advisor

• Pay:$48,200 - $158,700 Annually
• Schedule:We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Help clients find the BMW that best fits their lifestyle and needs
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up
• Produce new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Become a trusted BMW product expert
• Deliver a premium purchase experience from first contact through vehicle delivery
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while contributing to a high-performing team

What You'll Bring

• 1 year of previous Sales experience with a record of meeting sales goals
• Automotive sales experience is desired, but not required
• Experience in luxury retail, real estate, hospitality, financial services, or other consultative sales environments is highly valued
• Maintain a business-appropriate appearance
• Demonstrate a customer-focused approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Estimated Pay Range is $48,200 - $158,700.

This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: commission on individual payable gross, and bonuses based on: individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
