Client Accounting Services - Manager

Jones & Roth is seeking an experiencedCAAS Accountant to supportsmall- to mid-size business clients across the firm, with a strong connection to the Central Oregon business community.

This role blendsfull-cycle accounting, technology, and advisory services—helping clients improve financial visibility, streamline processes, and make better decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Managefull-cycle accounting, including payroll and month-end close
• Delivertimely financial reporting with insights and recommendations
• Build and maintainKPIs and dashboards using Syft
• Providefinancial oversight and review of client accounting
• Improveprocesses, workflows, and internal controls
• Supportcloud-based systems (QuickBooks Online and integrated apps)
• Assist withbudgeting, cash flow tracking, and forecasting
• Identify trends and communicate actionable insights
• Supervise staff and interns

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Full cycle accounting experience (including payroll)
• StrongQuickBooks Online skills (certification preferred)
• Experience withcloud-based accounting tools; Syft or similar a plus
• Ability to develop and trackKPIs and financial metrics
• Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Experience reviewing work and supporting team development
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple clients
