As Cleaning & Contamination Control Expert, you will take ownership of establishing, leading and continuously improving a robust cleaning and contamination control system within our cleanroom environment. In this key role, you will ensure the consistent achievement of required cleanliness standards for metallic precision components and assemblies, driving product quality, process stability and manufacturing excellence. Acting as the central technical authority, you will shape cleaning standards, contamination prevention strategies and cross-functional collaboration to support sustainable growth and operational success.

• Develop, define and standardize cleaning processes for meeting the required cleanliness class
• Ensure reproducible achievement of specified cleanliness classes through validated procedures
• Establish scalable and audit-ready cleaning standards
• Drive continuous optimization of processes with a focus on quality, efficiency and sustainability
• Conduct in-depth analysis of particle sources within the cleanroom environment
• Develop and implement preventive strategies to mitigate particulate contamination during assembly
• Establish systematic monitoring, escalation and improvement mechanisms
• Promote cleanroom discipline and contamination awareness across the organization

• Degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences (e.g., Materials Science, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent technical qualification
• Several years of experience in a cleanroom environment, ideally ISO 5 or higher
• Strong understanding of particle generation mechanisms, contamination pathways and cleanliness analytics
• Proven expertise in cleaning precision components
• Deep knowledge of appropriate cleaning chemicals and process technologies
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Confident in international communication and audit environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical topics clearly and effectively

Desirable:

• Demonstrated experience in defining and validating cleaning processes
• Familiarity with cleanliness classification standards, testing methodologies and quality documentation
• Experience in regulated, high-precision manufacturing environments

With us you will receive an attractive annual gross salary from90.000 € (plus bonus, KV Metallgewerbe). Depending on your experience, this can also be higher.
