We are seeking a professional Class 1 Driver to join our Brandon operations team. This isn't just a driving job; it’s a career serving a well-established local customer base right here . This is an incentive-based paying location, meaning your efficiency and hard work directly impact your paycheck.

Key Responsibilities

• Local Pick-up & Delivery: Safely and efficiently manage freight pick-ups and deliveries for a variety of customers within the area.

• Load Management: Take an active role in planning, loading, and unloading trailers to ensure maximum route efficiency and cargo security.

• Customer Relations: Represent the company professionally while servicing our long-standing, local client accounts.

• Safety First: Maintain a clean safety record by performing thorough pre/post-trip inspections and adhering to all provincial trucking regulations.

1. License: Valid Class 1 Driver’s License with a clean commercial abstract.

2. Experience: Previous City P&D (Pick-up and Delivery) experience is a major asset.

3. Physical Fitness: Must be comfortable with the physical demands of loading and unloading trailers.

4. Reliability: A proven track record of being dependable and punctual.

5. Certifications: TDG, WHMIS, and Forklift experience are preferred (but we are willing to train the right candidate).
