The role of the Claims Analyst in Health & Life Insurance is to provide assistance and guidance to clients regarding their insurance coverage. The Claims Analystplay a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them navigate the complexities of the insurance system.

What can you expect?

Receiving requests from customers, by email or phone
Addressing customer inquiries and concerns, explaining insurance policies and procedures, assisting with claims processing, and ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of their coverage and benefits
Tracking the resolution of claims files
Recording interactions in the database
Preparation of reports

What you need to have:

Experience in customer relations, in the medical field - minimum 1 year
Insurance knowledge/experience is a plus
Ongoing or finalized higher education
Good knowledge of the MS Office package
Very good knowledge of the Romanian language, both written and spoken
Knowledge of English (at least intermediate level)
Good understanding of new technologies and a genuine curiosity in this area.
Excellent communication, attention to details, collaboration and negotiation skills
Good conflict management skills
Positive attitude and customer orientation
Initiative and enthusiasm
