As aFull StackSenior Associate, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable digital solutions across modern technology stacks includingPython, Node.js, .NET, and React. You will play a key role in building high-quality, cloud-native applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and development of full-stack applications using.NET, Node.js, Python, and React.
  • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs usingPython (FastAPI) andNode.js.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications usingReact (or similar frameworks).
  • Support the design and implementation ofRESTful APIs, ensuring alignment withTMF standards and OpenAPI specifications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Contribute to system design discussions, includingarchitecture, API design, and database optimization.
  • Support integration ofAI-driven capabilities into applications where applicable.
  • Participate incode reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Contribute to cloud deployment and containerization usingAzure PaaS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • SupportCI/CD pipelines and DevOps activities using tools such asAzure DevOps.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack or backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in at least two of the following:
    • Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks)
    • Node.js
    • .NET (C#)
  • Experience withReact (or similar frontend frameworks).
  • Solid understanding ofREST APIs, TMF standards, and OpenAPI specifications.
  • Hands-on experience withAzure cloud services,Docker, andKubernetes.
  • Proficiency inGit,CI/CD pipelines, andAzure DevOps.
  • Strong knowledge ofdatabase design and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with focus onperformance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Excellent command of English with ability to work in a global environment.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

  • Experience withMicrosoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Exposure toAI/ML integration in production environments.
  • Familiarity withMachine Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Ability to quickly adapt across multiple technologies and stacks.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
