This firm has built a strong reputation acting formajor Canadian banks and financial institutions in a range of litigation and enforcement matters, including𝐝𝐞𝐛𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲,𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬,𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲-𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐬,𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬. ✔5+ years of𝐜𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐚
✔ Strong experience drafting𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬,𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬,𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞,𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬
✔ Excellent knowledge of theRules of Civil Procedure and Ontario litigation processes
✔ Hands-on experience withCaseLines and theJustice Services Online (JSO) portal
✔ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively
✔ Experience inmortgage enforcement is a strong asset
