- Ensure compliance with court rules, filing deadlines, and procedural requirements
- Track and update all case-related deadlines across multiple matters
Â
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage attorney expense reports and reimbursements
- Coordinate corporate travel for attorneys and partners, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
- Assist with document organization, scanning, and file management across systems
- Serve as a central point of coordination between attorneys, clients, and external vendors
Â
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in civil litigation support (litigation assistant or paralegal background)
- Strong experience with California state and federal court filings
- Advanced calendaring experience, including litigation deadline tracking (Deadlines.com or similar preferred)
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple active matters in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
- Experience preparing Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities
- Familiarity with litigation procedures, court rules, and filing requirements
