As an EQT Intern, you will participate in a 12-week paid “real-world experience” internship program. The Civil Construction team is seeking amotivated intern to assist with field and office-based activities supportingthe planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects. Thisincludes oversight of civil site development, grading, utilities, and publicroadway construction. The internship provides exposure to both privateand public sector construction processes, emphasizing quality, safety,and compliance. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience inproject coordination, field management, and construction oversight withinan energy and infrastructure development environment.​

Role Responsibilities:​

• Support field inspections and document construction progress andcompliance.​
• Assist in reviewing construction drawings, site plans, and as-builtdocumentation.​
• Participate in pre-construction and progress meetings with contractorsand engineers.​
• Help track quantities, materials, and daily reporting for active projects.​
• Aid in preparing and updating project schedules, cost tracking logs,and reports.​
• Conduct site safety and environmental compliance observations.​
• Perform basic survey and layout support (under supervision).​
• Coordinate with permitting, engineering, and land teams to maintainprojectdocumentation.

Qualifications:​

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,Construction Management, or a related field.​
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.​
• Basic knowledge of civil construction methods, surveying, or CADsoftware.​
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.​
• Willingness to work in both office and field environments.​

Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
