We are hiring anApprentice Recruitment Consultant to joinLiquid Personnel, one of the UK's leading specialist social work recruitment agencies and part of Acacium Group. This role profile outlines an opportunity to begin a long-term career in recruitment while completing aRecruitment Resourcer Level 3 Apprenticeship and CERT RP qualification.

In this role, you will learn the fundamentals of specialist recruitment, supporting experienced consultants to connect talented professionals with rewarding opportunities that make a real difference. You'll gain hands-on experience sourcing candidates, managing recruitment campaigns, building relationships and developing the skills needed for a successful recruitment career.

In this role, you will:

• Source and identify suitable candidates through a variety of recruitment channels

• Review CVs and match candidates to relevant opportunities

• Build strong relationships with candidates and deliver a positive recruitment experience

• Support consultants with vacancy management and recruitment campaigns

• Attend client and candidate meetings alongside experienced recruiters

• Work towards individual and team KPIs while developing your recruitment expertise

• Complete apprenticeship learning activities, assignments and professional qualifications
