We are looking for an experiencedSenior Citrix Administrator with strong expertise inCitrix Cloud (DaaS), Citrix Client (NetScaler), Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD), and Windows Infrastructure Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering, supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise Citrix environments while ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
The candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with Citrix production support, infrastructure management, NetScaler administration, performance tuning, and automation using PowerShell.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise-scaleCitrix Cloud (DaaS) environments.
- Manage and maintainCitrix Client (NetScaler), including Gateway, Load Balancing, SSL certificates, and authentication configurations.
- Configure and supportCitrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD) environments.
- Administer and maintainStoreFront servers, Delivery Controllers, and Citrix infrastructure components.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Troubleshoot Citrix, NetScaler, authentication, and end-user connectivity issues in production environments.
- Manage user access, Active Directory integration, profile management, and Group Policy configurations.
- Perform patching, upgrades, migrations, and system maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts usingPowerShell.
- Conduct incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with networking, security, cloud, and application teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability requirements.
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Citrix Administration and Infrastructure Support.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Citrix Cloud (DaaS)
- Citrix Client (NetScaler)
- Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD)
- Citrix StoreFront
- Delivery Controllers
- Citrix Gateway
- Experience managing:
- Load Balancing
- SSL Certificates
- Authentication Policies
- Secure Remote Access
- Strong Windows Server Administration experience.
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO).
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Experience with performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization.
- PowerShell scripting and automation expertise.
- Understanding of ITIL processes, Incident Management, and Change Management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Client or Hyper-V Administration.
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) exposure.
