Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Citrix Administrator with hands-on expertise in managing, administering, and supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix Client (NetScaler), and Windows server environments. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in enterprise Citrix infrastructure.

- Install, configure, administer, and support Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops infrastructure.
- Manage Citrix Client (NetScaler) for load balancing, authentication, and secure remote access.
- Administer StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, Citrix Studio, and Director.
- Perform user provisioning, application publishing, and desktop delivery.
- Monitor Citrix environment performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Implement security patches, upgrades, and Citrix version migrations.
- Perform health checks, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell.
- Work with virtualization teams on VMware/Hyper-V environments.
- Provide L2/L3 support and participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and technical knowledge base.
