Role Descriptions: Job Title: Citrix Client (NetScaler) Engineer
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Citrix Client (NetScaler) Engineer to design| implement| administer| and support enterprise application delivery and load balancing solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Citrix Client/NetScaler technologies| network infrastructure| application delivery| security| troubleshooting| and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Configure| manage| and troubleshoot Citrix Client (NetScaler) environments.
Implement and support Load Balancing| Content Switching| SSL Offloading| and Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB).Design and maintain High Availability (HA) solutions.
Configure and manage Citrix Gateway for remote access and VPN services.
Implement and manage SSL certificates| encryption standards| and security policies
.Monitor Client performance and conduct proactive health checks.Perform firmware upgrades| patch management| and capacity planning.
Troubleshoot network| application| and connectivity issues using packet captures and diagnostic tools.
Configure and maintain WAF (Web Application Firewall) policies.
Work closely with application| server| security| and network teams during deployments and migrations.
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Participate in incident management| problem management| and change management activities.
