Position: Citrix Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office
Shift: 24x5 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactiveCitrix SME with 3+ years of experience in Citrix administration and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp environments, along with experience supporting Windows Server and VMware infrastructure. This role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to work in a 24x5 rotational shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, monitor, and supportCitrix XenDesktop andCitrix XenApp environments.
  • Configure and manageCitrix Provisioning Services (PVS) to support virtual desktop workloads.
  • Publish and manage applications through Citrix platforms.
  • Perform Citrix deployments, upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Citrix infrastructure and application delivery issues.
  • Support Windows Server and VMware environments associated with Citrix deployments.
  • Configure and maintain load balancing solutions within the Citrix ecosystem.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of Citrix services.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
  • Participate in 24x5 rotational support, including night shifts.

  • Willingness to work from the Chennai office, 5 days a week.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
