Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) deployments across multiple sites and data centers.
Implement secure WAN connectivity for branch offices, remote sites, and cloud environments.
Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
Manage IPSec tunnels, VPNs, and overlay networks within SD-WAN.
Integrate SD-WAN with on-premises firewalls, cloud security, and monitoring solutions.
Monitor network performance, perform capacity planning, and troubleshoot complex WAN issues.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement network policies, QoS, and security measures.
Maintain proper network documentation, topology diagrams, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) deployment and operations.
Strong understanding of IP networking, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols (BGP/OSPF).
Hands-on experience with IPSec VPNs, tunneling, QoS, and WAN optimization.
Experience in integration with cloud networks and SaaS applications.
Strong troubleshooting skills for network and connectivity issues.

Excellent documentation and communication skills
