Design/develop/test/deploy CVP/IVR; integrate APIs/databases/apps; support speech/DTMF/routing; troubleshoot production; code reviews/releases/documentation.

Cisco CVP; Java/J2EE; VoiceXML; REST/SOAP; SQL; UCCE/ICM; SIP; Git/CI-CD and Agile desirable.
