CIPP Lining Crew Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily CIPP lining operations for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and utility rehabilitation projects.
• Coordinate project activities including mobilization, pipeline preparation, liner installation, curing, reinstatements, inspections, testing, and demobilization.
• Interpret construction drawings, utility maps, CCTV inspection reports, and project specifications.
• Operate and oversee specialized CIPP equipment, including inversion, UV, steam, and hot water curing systems.
• Ensure compliance with NASSCO standards, ASTM specifications, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Monitor installation quality, maintain project documentation, and verify completed work through inspections and testing.
• Lead, train, and mentor field crews while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients to resolve field issues and maintain project schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising CIPP lining or trenchless rehabilitation crews.
• Strong knowledge of CIPP installation methods, trenchless technologies, and industry standards.
• Ability to read construction plans and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• NASSCO certifications and CDL are preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and around heavy equipment.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs., working in confined spaces, and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver's license; CDL is preferred.
