About the Role

JLL is seeking anAssistant Strategic Sourcing Specialistto support our Integrated Facilities Management operations in Cincinnati. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing sourcing strategies, optimizing managed services, and driving cost savings while ensuring purchasing compliance. You will lead RFP/bid processes from initiation through contracting, manage vendor relationships, and serve as a critical liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Strategy & Execution

• Lead end-to-end sourcing events including RFPs, competitive bids, supplier evaluation, and contract award recommendations
• Initiate and monitor sourcing requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new service agreements
• Drive cost savings initiatives and ensure purchasing compliance across all managed services
  

Vendor & Contract Management

• Execute supplier relationship management programs through performance scorecards and KPI monitoring
• Coordinate with Corporate Legal, Risk Management, and Safety teams to ensure contractual compliance and secure necessary approvals
• Verify that compensation rates in Work Order systems accurately reflect current service agreements and contractual adjustments
• Proactively resolve supplier issues and manage stakeholder expectations to maintain high client satisfaction
  

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Conduct data analysis to identify savings opportunities, risks, and develop mitigation strategies
• Prepare and deliver sourcing reports to leadership with actionable insights
• Support internal and client audits related to sourcing processes and compliance
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sourcing Leadership to prioritize deliverables and optimize vendor management practices
• Collaborate with decentralized teams to ensure seamless execution in a fast-paced environment
  

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of strategic sourcing experience, preferably in Indirect Services, Facilities Management, or Professional Services categories
• Proven track record of leading RFP/bid processes and delivering cost savings
• Strong analytical skills with experience maintaining compliance rates of 95% or higher
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently while effectively supporting cross-functional teams in a decentralized environment
• Proficiency with procurement and vendor management systems (e.g., Aravo, Jaggaer, Corrigo, Avetta, Coupa, or similar platforms)
• Demonstrated expertise in contract management, including negotiations, renewals, and compliance monitoring
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
• Familiarity with RFP development and execution best practices
• Knowledge of supplier diversity programs and strategic sourcing methodologies
• Experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate Services, or Corporate Services sourcing
• Professional certifications such as CPM, CPSM, or SPSM are a plus
