CI/CD Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated CI/CD Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. The primary responsibility will be to automate and streamline deployment processes for Genesys Cloud and associated satellite applications, ensuring smooth and controlled promotion of code and configuration changes across development, testing, staging, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Genesys Cloud and supporting applications.
• Automate deployment, configuration migration, and release management processes across environments.
• Develop scripts and automation frameworks to support application deployments and configuration changes.
• Implement version control and release management best practices.
• Manage environment-specific configurations and ensure deployment consistency.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to streamline software delivery.
• Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot deployment issues, and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure proper rollback and recovery mechanisms are in place for production deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation related to CI/CD processes, deployment procedures, and release workflows.
• Support production releases and critical deployments when required.
