Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on CI/CD Automation Specialist to join our team and support enterprise infrastructure and remediation programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong DevOps, Linux, and automation experience, with a focus on building and maintaining CI/CD automation workflows. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including platform, security, and remediation, to ensure seamless deployment and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

· Design, build, and support CI/CD automation workflows to enhance deployment processes.

· Manage and support package deployment activities across RHEL 7 to RHEL 9 environments.

· Collaborate with platform, security, and remediation teams to ensure compliance and security best practices.

· Implement and maintain automation scripts using shell scripting and other automation tools.

· Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes for application deployment.

· Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.

· Document processes, workflows, and best practices for CI/CD automation.

Mandatory Skills:

· Proficient in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.

· Strong experience in Linux administration, particularly with RHEL.

· Expertise in shell scripting and automation techniques.

· Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes).

· Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and practices.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation.

· Knowledge of RPM packaging and deployment processes.
