The role combines strategy, business operations, executive communications, organizational leadership, and complex program execution.

This is a highly visible individual-contributor position requiring exceptional judgment, executive presence, diplomacy, adaptability, and the ability to influence across a large, global, matrixed organization.

Leadership-Team Effectiveness

·   Design and manage the operating cadence for the Division President and leadership team.

·   Plan and facilitate leadership staff meetings, strategic reviews, operating reviews, offsites, and other executive forums.

·   Partner with the Division President to establish agendas, frame decisions, surface trade-offs, and maintain focus on the organization’s highest priorities.

·   Strengthen alignment, accountability, and collaboration across the leadership team.

·   Maintain effective mechanisms for documenting decisions, tracking commitments, and ensuring closure of leadership-team actions.

·   Help the leadership team navigate complex or ambiguous issues with sound judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.

Executive Communications

·   Shape clear, compelling, and consistent executive communications aligned with the division’s strategy and priorities.

·   Develop leadership presentations, organizational messages, talking points, announcements, employee communications, and other executive content.

·   Translate complex business topics into concise narratives tailored to executive, employee, and cross-functional audiences.

·   Establish structured approaches for prioritization, governance, performance management, and executive reporting.

·   Coordinate the division’s leadership and business cadence, ensuring that key planning, review, and decision forums are connected.

·   Drive effective program management for strategic initiatives through consistent frameworks, milestones, and performance indicators.

·   Anticipate issues, remove barriers, and facilitate timely resolution of cross-functional dependencies.

·   Bring greater clarity and simplicity to complex organizational processes and business challenges.

Organizational Effectiveness, Culture, and Engagement

·   Partner with the Division President and leadership team to strengthen organizational health, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement.

·   Work closely with Human Resources and other partners on organizational priorities, leadership capability, workforce discussions, and talent-related initiatives.

·   Support change-management efforts by creating clarity, reinforcing the rationale for change, and enabling consistent execution across the organization.

·   Foster an inclusive, connected, high-performing culture across functions and geographies.

Cross-Functional Leadership and Influence

·   Serve as a connector across the division, the broader business, and key corporate functions.

·   Build strong partnerships with Chiefs of Staff, Finance, Human Resources, Communications, Strategy, Workforce Planning, and other business stakeholders.

·   Influence outcomes without direct authority and maintain momentum on complex, enterprise-level initiatives.

·   Represent the Division President’s priorities with credibility, discretion, and sound business judgment.

·   Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders while maintaining the best interests of the division and broader enterprise.

Education and Experience
