Our approach is building robot foundation models to enable off the shelf robots to do these tasks autonomously. To train these models, we're building our own teleoperation system in house. Finally, there's a whole stack of classical robotics and integration work to make our systems work in the real world . Learning constantly and keeping up with SOTA research is one of the pillars of our company's culture.

The role

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with our founders and help run the business side of the company. You’ll own projects across fundraising, financial modeling, brand, design, and product management, and act as the person who keeps priorities moving across the team.**Qualifications/Requirements*** 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, finance, consulting, or a similar role at a startup or high-growth company.* Experience creating and managing a fundraise, including building the deck and joining investor calls.* Ability to facilitate meetings and introductions with investors.* Strong financial modeling skills and Excel proficiency.* A good sense of design and the ability to help build our brand, whether hands-on or by hiring the right people.* Experience overseeing launches and coordinating launch strategy.* Ability to step in as an interim project and product manager.* Experience supporting hiring, particularly for engineering roles.* Excellent writing and communication skills for investors, customers, and partners.* U.S. citizenship required.**Nice To Haves*** Experience in robotics, hardware, logistics, or other physical industries.* Experience building investor updates and board materials.* Technical background or comfort working closely with engineering teams.* Experience in an early-stage startup, including building processes from scratch.**What we value*** Can-do attitude: I’ve never seen someone achieve an ambitious goal they didn’t believe was possible.
