Classic LocalThe Cheshire Lines is a classic community local situated in a residential area of Southport. Five minutes walk from the high street, its target market is both locals and tourists.
The offer needs to be broad to cater for a broad range of clientele, from cask ale and premium lager to premium spirits and cocktails. The food menu will be based around pub classics. We expect the drinks and food takings to be split 70/30.
